“This song is based on the revelation I got from a scripture in the bible, Gal 2 v 20 ; I have been crucified with Christ; its no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the son of God who loved me and gave himself for me” – Aghogho

In the songstress words, “Since we have been crucified with Christ it means we are dead to the works of the flesh because that is what Jesus died for; to kill the sinful Adamic old nature that we had so that after he resurrected, the life we now live is one of faith, because we walk by faith and not by sight”.

Speaking further, “This finished work of Christ on the cross has set us free from every manifestation of the flesh, be it sickness , disease, pain, pressure, depression, addiction, so that we do not need to go back to them again, this I believe is the whole essence of Easter. Jesus crucifixion brought us redemption and now we are totally FREE”!
